Capoeira is the most complex, but most fun I have ever had in my life. I try to practice evryday when I have some spare time and I am always trying to learn new moves with and without the teacher. I think everyone should practice everyday and grow roots in this form of martial art. Remember to Jinga and we'll be back to get our cords!!!!

I went to the Maculele class on Friday and Mestranda took time out of the class to help us and that one on one basis is important in the art of Capoeira. Remember to Jinga and go Maculele!!!

Justen and I have been wanting to come to the classes in Decatur every Friday.We have found something in capoeira that just clicks, that we cannot find anywhere else. Capoeria is rich with a lot of history and culture that I think everyone should know and share.
